Design Manager

Katie is a highly experienced interior designer with over 20 years in the industry, specialising in creating thoughtful and impactful spaces that enhance the experience of both healthcare professionals and their patients. As Design Manager, Katie leads an interdisciplinary team of architects, building designers, and interior designers, collectively bringing extensive expertise to healthcare sector design.

Katie is dedicated to crafting environments that enhance well-being, support efficient workflows, and reflect the unique identity of each practice. Her ability to conceptualise and bring design visions to life results in spaces that are both highly functional and inspiring. Katie’s collaborative spirit extends beyond the design team—she builds strong connections with the Client’s and our internal Client and Project Managers, ensuring a cohesive design journey that meets the highest standards of delivery.
