General Manager

Katie Smith is an experienced design and business leader with over 20 years in the industry, specialising in healthcare, veterinary and specialist fitout environments. As General Manager, Katie works across Elite to align people, design, delivery and commercial priorities, driving consistency, collaboration and strong business outcomes.

With a strong understanding of both design and construction, Katie brings a design-led perspective to business operations, while continuing to lead Elite’s interdisciplinary Design team of architects, building designers and interior designers. Katie is passionate about creating thoughtful, functional spaces while building strong teams, clear processes and a culture of accountability that supports both client and business success.
