Damien’s 25 years of experience at Elite has given his proven track record in delivering optimised, high-impact fit out solutions that balance client vision with budget realities. He oversees site services, external consultants, and estimating, ensuring every project meets strict functionality, quality, and compliance standards.

His strength lies in translating site requirements and needs into clear and comprehensive scopes of work, collaborating closely with the Client Relationship Manager, Design Manager, suppliers, and trades to achieve accurate project scopes.

Through his strategic approach to value management and relationship building, Damien consistently drives competitive pricing and produces reliable budgets that uphold design integrity while supporting clients’ financial objectives.
