With over 33 years of experience across the construction and fitout industry, Andrew plays a pivotal role in managing projects from site commencement through to final handover. He is highly skilled at navigating complex site constraints and applying practical construction methodology to deliver efficient, functional outcomes.

Andrew excels at problem-solving, coordinating with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to overcome challenges and keep projects on track. His strength lies in making quick, informed decisions and adapting processes to suit the demands of each project.

Known for his pragmatic approach and ability to simplify complex issues, Andrew ensures projects are delivered safely on time, and to Elite’s high expectations, balancing technical challenges with practical solutions.
