Managing Director

Tim is the Managing Director and a Partner at Elite, bringing over 35 years of experience across the construction industry. He has worked across multiple sectors for both private and government clients, gaining deep expertise in value management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.

In his current role, Tim combines technical knowledge with strategic oversight to guide Elite’s operational performance and growth. He sets company direction, oversees project delivery, and ensures alignment between client expectations, internal teams, and construction operations.

Tim’s strength lies in uniting diverse stakeholders—creative, technical, and construction—into high-performing teams that deliver projects with precision and purpose. He is recognised for developing strong client relationships, building collaborative teams, and driving outcomes that are efficient, enduring, and thoughtfully designed.
